If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. No explanation required.
How to request a refund
Email support@legible.so with the subject line “Refund request” and the email address you used at checkout. That's all we need.
Response time
We will process your refund within 48 hours of receiving your request. Depending on your bank, the funds may take 5–10 business days to appear back in your account.
